Dear boys,
Had a great time
with you guys today. We showed up late
around 2:30 as your dad and Nick were heading off to baseball tryouts so we
jumped in the van and went for the ride.
You were so happy when you saw us out the window! What SMILES you both gave us! Talk about feeling like a million bucks. When you get a feeling like that, you realize
you don’t need a million bucks! Even though I save my pennies like such a miser
sometimes! (and your dad, too. Believe
me!)
So we went into
the Silver Hill School to watch ick try out.
I let Dylan run through the halls for awhile. He tried to rip the “C” off the SSC door
(Student Support Center) We left and
went to Friendly’s. Your dad treated us
to take-out sundaes. Mmmm….mmm! So late on…I figured out how to entertain
Dylan by putting him on a blanket and pulling him around on the floor. He loved it!
We couldn’t get Noah to do it. He
was horrified and the mere mention of “OK, Noah’s turn!” Noah is by far the cautious one. I watched and compared you both at the
Funhouse Place and saw how Dylan would face forward and step down to a lower
level whereas Noah would judge the depth, then turn and slide down the step
backwards. He also would not walk across
a gravel path at the MSPCA in Methuen.
I changed Dylan’s
diaper today and it was like wrestling a bloody alligator. Noah’s diaper exploded and leaked stuffing
all over the living room. We didn’t know
what the heck it was ans saw this white tapioca like substance all over the
floor. I picked Noah up to get him away
from it and noticed some fell down from him.
Finally figure out it was the diaper!! What the heck are those things
made of???
