Lullabies

Dear Noah and Dylan,
Uncle Joe and I got to visit your both for the first time in your home yesterday! Noah, you came home Monday night (and your dad ran off to the Topsfield Fair with your Uncle Don to watch your grandmother's Honda Civic run it's last ride in a derby. It's on youtube so we got ot watch it yesterday. And then Dylan, you came home Wednesday and now you are both snug as bugs in a rug actually wearing newborn diapers, not Preemies.
I brought over two anklets with your names on them I had made at a crafts fair in Las Cruces, New Mexico but they are still too big for you! I got to hold Dylan for another three hours or so which only means I now owe Noah six hours! Hopefully, I can make up some of that time next Saturday when I want to go visit again. Uncle Joe has to go to a conservation commission meeting (or something like that)
Your bedroom is the cutest thing with mountains and clouds painted. I videotaped that, too. There are two very comfy rockers in your bedroom.
Grandpa Kudym came over by himself while we were there but he fell asleep while holding Noah! We were all sitting around together in the living room. Nick wasn't there-he went over his friend's house and was spending the night. Uncle Joe held you, Noah, for quite awhile and when you woke up your eyes bugged out because you didn't know who he was! (He IS kind of funny looking! :-))
We were all trying to remmember songs to sing to you guys but couldn't remember the complete lyrics for them...later at home I looked up "Hush Little Baby" and "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot and emailed them to your mom and dad.
Your grandmother(Matilda) still has not gone to see you so I was trying to encourage your dad to break the ice and call her about the football game taht was on. I know he misses her too. I hope this doesn't go on too much longer- pretty silly, huh?!!?
Your mom has a friend named Deb that lives up the street and she's closer to my age (I'm 48- yousers trowsers!) and she's become like a surrogate grandmother and helps out a lot. She was there when we got there yesterday...seemed VERY nice.
Can't wait to see you both agian!
LOVE, Auntie Kim
